What special services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of services to our clients, including in-person appointments for custom engagement rings and wedding bands, sourcing diamonds, and diamond jewelry. We create one-of-a-kind pieces based on customer designs. We also specialize in jewelry repairs and stone replacements/ tightening. We offer certified appraisals for insurance and personalized engraving.

Complimentary lifetime cleaning of all jewelry, and complimentary resizing within 2 months of purchase for engagement rings up to ½ size.

Shipping

We offer complimentary priority and express national shipping on all of our products.

​Returns & Refunds

To start a return process, you will have 7 days after the item’s delivery to contact Simon Ardem via our contact form.

Simon Ardem must receive the item within 10 days of its delivery date to be accepted.

*Exclusions for return policy: We will not receive returns for the following items: special orders, custom, engraved, resized, worn, altered, damaged, not in its original packaging.

The official return and refund will be reviewed after item’s return and approved if the item meets all return conditions.

International returns are not accepted.

Lifetime Warranty

Item will maintain its lifetime warranty should any manufacturing defect arise. We do not cover issues that come from general use, such as and not limited to; missing or chipped stones, discoloration or distorted metal. The warranty is void if any repair or service was done by another jeweler other than Simon Ardem.

After I place a custom order, when can I expect to receive my order?

After a 50% deposit is paid, we will begin your order. We allow for 3-4 week lead time to complete a custom piece, and the order can be rushed if necessary upon request. We will update you through every step of the process, making sure you are satisfied before we proceed.

Do you use natural or lab diamonds?

We use both natural and lab diamonds upon clients request.

What materials are your products made-of?

Our products are fully customizable, we are able to source natural or lab diamonds, we can cast in any color/kt of gold, platinum upon the clients requests. Our rings can be modified to any size.

Can all of your rings be resized?

Yes, resizing is available for all of our rings and custom orders.

Do you have a storefront?

If you would like to see any of our pieces, you can make an appointment and visit us at our Midtown Manhattan showroom.

Do you offer appraisal services?

Yes, we offer appraisal services upon checkout, for insurance purposes.

Can I track my package?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number once we've created a shipping label for your package. We will be sure to double check your piece has arrived safely.

Do you accept deposits?

We require a 50% deposit upon a purchase. Once the deposit is paid, we will begin your custom jewelry piece. Before the final piece is shipped/ picked up, we require the balance to be paid in full.
